This month's competition style is Spiced/Herb Vegetable Beer BJCP Category 21 .
I have put together a tentative schedule for beering competitions. THis continues through to Jun-07, and includes all national entry competitions. I tried to select category that would present a challenge rather than make it open competition every off month. This is not written in stone, and I am open to suggestions.
